In order to constantly economise production we recently terminated construction of a new co-generation plant to cover the kilns’ high energy consumption. This investment reduces CO2 emissions, which is a factor of increasing environmental importance.

Before leaving the maltings the product is submitted to an extra cleaning process, so that further cleaning at the breweries can be avoided.
